Nikoletta Tsiakoumaki is a Supreme Court’s Attorney-at -law.
Nikoletta holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Master in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure (LL.M.) with “first class honors” from the Law School of Democritus University of Thrace (D.U.TH). Nikoletta also holds a Master’s Degree in Civil Procedure from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. (LL.M.)
Nikoletta obtained a Ph.D. with “first class honors” from D.U.TH, completing his Ph.D. thesis in Criminal Law. Her doctoral thesis concerns the subject of Criminal Law and was evaluated with Distinction.
She is a member of the Athens Bar Association and of the Hellenic Criminal Bar Association.
She has published a monograph (doctoral thesis) with the title ‘’ European Arrest Warrant’’, she has contributed in the interpretation of the Crimimal Penal Code ( collective publications), she was also a Member of the Editing Committee of the criminal law review Poinikos Logos and has published studies in legal journals.
