Nikoletta Tsiakoumaki is a Supreme Court\u2019s Attorney-at -law.<\/p>

Nikoletta holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Master in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure (LL.M.) with \u201cfirst class honors\u201d from the Law School of Democritus University of Thrace (D.U.TH). Nikoletta also holds a Master\u2019s Degree in Civil Procedure from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. (LL.M.)<\/p>

Nikoletta obtained a Ph.D. with \u201cfirst class honors\u201d from D.U.TH, completing his Ph.D. thesis in Criminal Law. Her doctoral thesis concerns the subject of Criminal Law and was evaluated with Distinction.
She is a member of the Athens Bar Association and of the Hellenic Criminal Bar Association.<\/p>

She has published a monograph (doctoral thesis) with the title \u2018\u2019 European Arrest Warrant\u2019\u2019, she has contributed in the interpretation of the Crimimal Penal Code ( collective publications), she was also a Member of the Editing Committee of the criminal law review Poinikos Logos and has published studies in legal journals.<\/p>
